    Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls are the professional basketball team, based, of course, in Chicago, Illinois. They play in the NBA (National Basketball Association), Central Division of the Eastern Conference. The team was founded in 1966. Their home matches are played at the Madhouse on Madison, or United Center. The biggest success of the Chicago Bulls are 6 NBA championship, which they won in the period of 1991-1998. Teams that won these championships were led by Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. The Chicago Bulls are the only NBA team which hasn’t lost NBA finals, ever! They are also the only NBA team who won 70 or more matches in a single season! The record is 72 games, in the season 1995-1996!

According to several experts, team from the 1996 is the best NBA team in the history of basketball! Today, they are third most value team in the NBA, with a value of $1 billion. In 2013, they earned $52.2 million. Their biggest rivals are: New York Knicks, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks.

Their biggest unofficial tradition is wearing black shoes. This tradition started in 1989, as the way to show unity of the team. The Chicago Bulls are the first team who wore black shoes and black socks. This tradition was broken only several times. One of those times was in the 1995 playoffs, when Jordan wore for the first time his Air Jordan XI shoe. Because of that, Jordan was fined by the team for not wearing the colors as the rest of the team. Tradition was broken again in the 2009, in a game versus Boston Celtics, when all players wore white shoes and white socks.
